General Studio Policies

Sugar Luxxe is an appointment ONLY facility.  All appointments must be made online through our online booking link.  It is recommended that you create a Vagaro account to manage your appointments. A valid credit card is required to be on file to book. 

We send all our consent/liability forms online through Vagaro, so you will receive them either via text or email.  These forms MUST be completed before any services are rendered.  Failure to complete the forms will result in the cancellation of appointment and a need to reschedule.

Brazilian sugaring services are for clients 18 years and older only.  All other services can be provided for minors with parental consent. 

There are no returns on products, we offer studio credit for any returned products, even if unopened.  Once it leaves our facility, we have no protection on if the product was tampered with in any way, so it is for client safety.  

Booking Rules

Due to an increasing number of no call/no show appointments with no valid credit card on file, deposits are now required if you are a new client to my studio or you do not carry any packages or memberships with us, even if using a special voucher.  Deposits are equal to 50% of the total service cost.  The balance will be due at the time of service.  If you are using a special voucher or gift certificate, this deposit is refunded to you after the service is complete or can be applied to a future service. 

All clients are given a 5 minute grace period to arrive for their appointment.  After 10 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and a package/membership visit or deposit is forfeited.

Future appointments, not on a package or membership, booked at the time of service require a 20% deposit to book or at the discretion of the service provider. 

 A VALID credit card is required to be on file for all future appointments. In the event of a no call/no show, deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance or 100% of the appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. If your card is declined for these fees, you will be blocked from making future appointments until they are paid.

Vagaro sends appointment reminders 48 and 24 hours before the appointment time, we ask that if you need to reschedule that you do so AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will result in forfeit of deposit, however, deposit can be transferred if appointment is rebooked within 14 calendar days.  

The following are guidelines for redeeming a special voucher (Groupon), all other studio policies still apply

Special vouchers are intended for NEW CLIENTS only and can only be used once. If you have been active with our studio within a 365 day period, you will be unable to use a voucher.  Expired vouchers are redeemable only for the value paid for the voucher, the balance of the service cost will be owed by the client.  There are no exceptions to the rules for special vouchers, so please make sure to redeem by your expiration date to receive the full value. 

Sales tax is NOT included when you purchase a special voucher.  Please be prepared to pay the sales tax when you come in for your appointment.  

Special vouchers for sugaring are for female clients only, while we do welcome all male clients into the studio, this introductory offer is only for female clients. 

If using a special voucher for your appointment, the voucher will be redeemed and forfeited in the event of a NCNS. We will allow ONE reschedule, if made within the guidelines of our cancellation policy with a special voucher, otherwise it will be forfeited and redeemed.  

COVID 19 Safety

We clean all surfaces, implements, tools, and high frequency touch points with EPA approved disinfectants between each client and use one time use disposable items where we can to continue to mitigate the risk of exposure to COVID-19.  

The safety of our clients is paramount and we do all we can to help you feel safe and clean while in our facility.
